Marchers gathered at Copley, in front of the Boston Public Library. The march ended at Parkman Bandstand in the Boston Common
The committee sent out fundraising letters to small businesses seeking donations.
Live Hot Nude Girls 2002 was the first year that a sound system was used instead of a bullhorn with a microphone. Jo Trigilio rented a sound system. Jo and Amanda Schrechengaust drove it to the Boston Common.
